HOW IT WORKS  A quote in hours, completion of the job in 10 business days
Simpler print runs start at approx. 50 copies. With more complex photographic raster printing, the minimum run is around 100 copies.

Custom-made bags are an ideal choice if you need your bag to dovetail perfectly with your corporate identity, advertising campaign or event. When you opt for custom production, you get to choose everything – the size of the bag, the colour scheme, the handles, the edgings and accessories, and the way the sides are designed. With custom-made promotional bags, there is also a wider range of printing options – most importantly full bleed printing all the way to the side seams. When commissioning custom-made bags, you should factor in a longer delivery time of four to eight weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.

How are customised bags made?

Contact us to share your ideas. We will advise you and prepare a quote based on the parameters you are looking for. There is a minimum print run of 250 units for the production of promotional bags.

Template print dimensions required

If you supply a design for full bleed printing, please allow for the fact that 0.5 cm of the drawing will extend on to the bottom and the sides of the bag. Add 3 cm at the top of the bag. We will send you an exact drawing of the bag and print.

There is no limit on the print size

In the production of promotional bags, printing is carried out before the parts are sewn together. This allows the full surface of the bag to be printed (known as “full bleed”). It is also possible to print on the sides of bags or stitched-on pockets.

Sizes and designs of cotton promotional bags

Size and shape of custom bags can be adjusted according to their particular use. Our offers include small promo bags that can be used for various events as well as custom shopping bags, travel bags, large beach or sports bags.

How it works

How it works

We send a quote after receiving your no-obligation enquiry. When you confirm the quote (we treat this as a purchase order), we issue an invoice.


After you pay the invoice and approve the previews, the order reaches the production stage. Standard orders are usually delivered within 10 business days (earlier dates may be negotiated). Naturally, our graphic designer checks the exact print preview (colours, the position of the artwork, etc.) with you before the actual printing takes place.


When you place an order, please don’t forget to provide a shipping address, including a contact phone number,for the delivery company


Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. If you are a VAT payer, you will not be invoiced VAT. If you are not a VAT payer, you will be invoiced 21% VAT

Handles

Handles make the final appearance of promotional bags complete. Short handle bags are designed to be held in hand while long handle ones across the shoulder or in hand. Choose your color from a color chart on our website. Handles are produced in a standard width of 2.5 cm; wider handles are more pleasant to wear and enhance the design of bags.

Edging

Edgings emphasize the shape of the bags and they are produced in various colors. The edging (sometimes in the same color as the bag) makes the bag firm and it helps to maintain the shape of the bag.

Promotional bags can have a closable zip, velcro or a button. Bags may have outer and inner closable pockets.

Brand labels are a tiny but distinctive element of promotional bags. The label can either be woven or printed by means of sublimation or thermal print.
