When printing on T-shirts, we use discharge inks, which allow the fabric to discolour at the site of the print. As a result, the ink combines perfectly with the textile fibre. The colours are bright and vibrant, and the T-shirt print retains its softness and breathability.

WITH SCREEN PRINTING, WE CAN EVEN PRINT RASTER PHOTOGRAPHS ON TEXTILES

Screen printing can be used to reproduce full-colour raster photos and complex graphic templates. We prepare originals for printing by separating colors in Pantone C mode.

WE PRINT LARGE FORMATS ON T-SHIRTS

It is standard for us to print on T-shirts up to a size of 38 × 48 cm (depending on the size of the fabric). The largest print format is 50 × 70 cm, which is mainly used on T-shirt blanks for fashion and leisure-wear manufacturers.

How to prepare templates for T-shirt printing

It is best to send templates for T-shirt printing in vectors in PDF, CDR, AI or EPS format with fonts in curves. Bitmaps should optimally be 300 dpi and on a scale of 1:1. RGB mode is advisable for colour photo templates. It is advisable to prepare more complex designs on a transparent background without the color of the T-shirt. If the location of the print on the T-shirts is non-standard, also send a preview of the print site.

How to enquire about printing on promotional textiles

  • Choose the textile you want us to print on and save it in the enquiry form. You can select multiple types from the range available.
  • In the enquiry form, indicate whether you want to print on white, black or coloured textiles. You don’t need to specify the colours or sizes of the textiles until you actually place the order.
  • Insert a preview of the design into your enquiry.
