Conclusion of the contract
Based on your request, we will send you a calculation with the prices of textiles and printing. The calculation includes the exact specification of the textile, the number of pieces of textile and basic printing data. These data are binding after approval, and by confirming them, the buyer agrees to the implementation of the order. Any complaints do not apply to requirements that are not listed in the calculation.
Payment
After the order is approved, we send an invoice. Only after the invoice has been paid (for the textile or the total amount – as agreed) is the order included in production. For orders up to 10,000 CZK excluding VAT, we require payment of the entire order before production begins.
Printing materials
We require templates for printing in vectors (curves). In the case of raster templates, the resolution is approximately 300 dpi at a size of 1:1. You can find more information on our website. If you require exact adherence to the color of the print, send Pantone C numbers, otherwise we will use the closest color according to the template for printing. If you require a specific print location, send a preview. If you require print effects or have specific requirements for the character of the print, please inform us. If you use your own textile, please inform us of any atypical material composition.

Printing
During printing, textile deterioration may occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances of up to 3%. If you require exact quantities of textile, it is necessary to take this tolerance into account and order 3% more textile. In the event of a defect, we do not replace the damaged textile, but deduct it from the total price. When delivering your own textile, it is necessary to take into account the tolerance of possible accidental deterioration during printing and order 3% more textile.
When delivering textile by the customer, we do not guarantee the durability of the print, especially with risky materials such as polyester and polyester blends. We recommend sampling. After the customer has approved the patterned print on the delivered textile, no complaints can be taken into account.
Delivery
Standard delivery times 7 – 15 days. For custom-made textiles and other specific orders, the date is by arrangement. Delivery times and other deadlines related to the delivery date of the goods are not binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you require an exact delivery date, please inform us, we will confirm the date according to the given possibilities.
Transportation
The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Upon written request, the goods may be sent to another destination. The goods are delivered by the selected carrier, the transport costs are paid by the buyer. Damage to the goods, any losses and the time of delivery of the goods are transferred to the contracted carrier at the moment of receipt of the goods.
Complaint
If defects are found in the delivered goods, we require notification and their specification and, if applicable, photo documentation. If the goods were delivered more than 7 days ago, the complaint will not be accepted. This does not apply to hidden defects. Minor deviations in the sizes and colors of textiles listed in online catalogs are not grounds for making claims due to defects in the goods. Minor deviations from raster full-color templates cannot be grounds for a complaint due to the technology used. If the complaint is accepted, the order will be repaired by agreement, a replacement delivery will be made, or the payment made will be refunded. The seller covers the shipping costs when returning the goods if the reason is a defective delivery.
Reordering goods
When ordering textiles, we do not count the preparation for printing and films again. The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces.
